The Mell Baptist Association is "a partnership of Southern

Baptist churches assisting one another in fulfilling the Great

Commission and the Great Commandment." Located primarily

in Tift County, but with a other churches from Berrien County

and Cook County, that have joined in cooperative fellowship

for the purpose of doing evangelistic outreach in the

Tifton/Tift County area.
